services.

PriceItRight is owned and
operated by Retro Chimps.

By downloading, installing
or using PriceItRight, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with
these Terms, please discontinue use of the application.

About PriceItRight

PriceItRight is a Pricing Improvement System designed for:

Tradespeople

Sole traders

·        
Self-employed professionals

·        
Small service businesses

The application helps users:

Create estimates

·        
Build pricing calculations

·        
Track completed jobs

·        
Compare estimated and actual
outcomes

·        
Improve pricing decisions over
time

PriceItRight is a decision-support tool.

Users remain responsible for all pricing decisions, quotations,
contracts and business outcomes.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in
your jurisdiction to use PriceItRight.

You
agree to use the application only for lawful purposes.

Free Plan

PriceItRight
provides a Free Plan that allows users to access core pricing functionality.

Features
may include:

Labour calculations

·

·        
Quote preparation

·        
Management of up to 3 jobs

Free
Plan features may evolve over time as the application develops.

Pro Subscription

PriceItRight Pro provides access to advanced pricing improvement
functionality.

Features may include:

Unlimited jobs

·        
Active Job Tracking

·        
Actual Labour Tracking

·        
Actual Material Tracking

·        
Estimate vs Actual

·        
Pricing Confidence

·        
Pricing Lessons

·        
Confidence Levels

·        
Backup & Restore

Feature availability may change as the application evolves.

Free Trial

New
users may be offered a 7-Day Pro Trial.

The
trial provides temporary access to Pro functionality.

Trial
eligibility is determined by Google Play and applicable subscription settings.

At
the end of the trial:

·        
Users who subscribe continue to
receive Pro access.

·        
Users who do not subscribe move
to the Free Plan.

No
user data is intentionally deleted when a trial ends.

Only
access permissions change.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play.

Google Play is responsible for:

·        
Payment processing

·        
Subscription management

·        
Billing security

·        
Renewal processing

PriceItRight does not store payment card information.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through Google
Play before the renewal date.

Users are responsible for managing subscriptions through their
Google Play account.

Subscription
Cancellation

Users may cancel a subscription at any time through Google Play.

Cancellation prevents future renewals.

Users retain access to Pro features until the end of the current
paid subscription period.

Subscription Expiry

When a subscription expires:

Pro access ends

·        
Free Plan access remains
available

·        
Existing user data remains
stored

PriceItRight does not intentionally delete historical pricing
information solely because a subscription has ended.

Founder Plan

The Founder Plan is a limited early-adopter subscription intended to
reward users who support the launch of PriceItRight.

Founder
subscribers receive:

Full Pro functionality

·        
Founder pricing

·        
Locked renewal pricing while
the subscription remains active

Founder availability may be limited by:

·        
Quantity

·        
Time period

·        
Promotional availability

Retro Chimps reserves the right to discontinue Founder Plan
availability for future purchases.

Existing
active Founder subscriptions retain their agreed pricing while the subscription
remains active.

If
a Founder subscription lapses, Founder pricing may no longer be available.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Reviewing estimates

·        
Reviewing pricing calculations

·        
Verifying business costs

·        
Verifying quotations

·        
Managing customer agreements

·        
Managing business decisions

PriceItRight assists with pricing decisions but does not make
decisions on behalf of users.

Accuracy Disclaimer

PriceItRight is intended to assist users with pricing calculations
and pricing improvement.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accurate calculations:

Results depend on user-entered
information

·        
Estimates may differ from
actual outcomes

·        
Profitability cannot be
guaranteed

Users should independently review all information before relying
upon it.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service.

However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The application may occasionally experience:

Maintenance

Updates

Technical issues

Third-party service
interruptions

Reasonable efforts will be made to minimise disruption.

Backups and Data

Users remain responsible for maintaining access to their own
information.

Where Backup & Restore functionality is provided, users should
use those tools responsibly.

Retro Chimps is not responsible for losses resulting from:

Device failure

User deletion

Unsupported device
modifications

Circumstances beyond our
reasonable control

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer the
application

·        
Circumvent subscription systems

·        
Attempt unauthorised access

Use the application for
unlawful purposes

·        
Interfere with the operation of
the service

We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is identified.

Intellectual Property

PriceItRight, its branding, content and software remain the property
of Retro Chimps.

These Terms grant a licence to use the application.

No ownership rights are transferred.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retro Chimps shall not be
liable for:

Loss of contracts

Indirect losses

Consequential losses

Users remain responsible for decisions made using information
generated by the application.

Changes to the
Application

PriceItRight may evolve over time.

Improve services

Where practical, reasonable notice will be provided.

Changes will not affect active subscription periods that have
already been paid for.

Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the application after updates constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
